This traditional restorative
yoga class adds the healing energy of Reiki to every pose.
*Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that activates and enhances the body's natural healing
process. While participants relax in comfortable yoga poses my co-facilitator and I circulate throughout the room, spending
several minutes with each person, offering a focused presence through light touch and calming breath practices. A feeling
of warmth and deep relaxation is commonly experienced.
